These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.centralfloridamentalhealthservices.org (the "Site"), operated by Central Florida Mental Health Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), 4700 Millenia Blvd, Suite 500, Orlando, FL 32839. By using the Site, submitting a form, or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not for emergencies

If you are in crisis or having a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site, its forms, chat, or email to request emergency help. Messages may not be read right away.

2. General information only

The content on this Site is for general information only. It is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. Visiting the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a provider-client relationship. A treatment relationship begins only after intake is completed and services are accepted.

3. Referral and contact forms

When you submit a referral or contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have permission to share it. Please share only the basic information we need to follow up. Do not send detailed health information through the Site; we collect clinical information through our intake process.

4. Continuing education (CE) courses

Our CE courses are intended for behavioral health professionals and are delivered live online via Zoom on the scheduled date and time. Course dates, fees, credit hours, and approving bodies are listed on each course page.

Registration: Each registration is for one participant. You agree to provide accurate information, including your degree and, if applicable, your license type and license number. Zoom links are for the registered participant only and may not be shared.

Fees: Course fees are shown at registration and are processed securely through our website platform. A service fee may be added at checkout.

Attendance and certificates: To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend the entire live session and complete the course evaluation. Partial credit is not given. Certificates are issued after attendance is verified.

Cancellations and refunds: If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. If you need to cancel, notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course for a refund of the course fee; service fees are not refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course, and no-shows, may be transferred to a future date of the same course.

CE credit: You are responsible for confirming that a course meets the requirements of your own licensing or certification board.

Questions or complaints: Concerns about a course may be sent to cfloridamentalhealthservices@gmail.com. We will review your concern and respond in writing.

5. Recordings and course materials

Live sessions may not be recorded, photographed, or redistributed without our written permission. Course materials are for your personal professional use only.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, belongs to Central Florida Mental Health Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, sell, or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, trying to access it without authorization, or interfering with how it works.

8. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services, including our website platform, payment processors, and Zoom. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability related to any course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
