Live continuing education for behavioral health professionals, taught by experienced Florida clinicians. Courses are delivered live online, in real time via Zoom, and every participant who completes a course receives a certificate of completion.
Content-specific training for the Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) credential.
A comprehensive training that prepares behavioral health professionals for case management practice. Participants build skills in engagement and assessment, service planning and development, coordination, linkage, and monitoring, case manager documentation, and professional, legal, and ethical responsibilities, with emphasis on client-centered, recovery-oriented care.

50-HOUR CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER TRAINING
12-HOUR CLINICAL SUPERVISION COURSE
Enhancing Knowledge, Skills, and Ethical Practice in Clinical Supervision.
A didactic and interactive course that equips licensed clinicians with advanced supervisory competencies. Participants explore major models of supervision, develop a personal supervisory framework, address cultural and contextual variables, and review the ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines in Florida Statutes and Board Rules, with emphasis on documentation, teletherapy supervision, and supervisory relationships.

REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher and a reliable internet connection for live online courses. Registration asks for your name, degree, phone, address, email, and license number.
• Cancellations and refunds: If you cancel more than 30 days before the program, 25% of the amount paid is retained and 75% is refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of the program, 75% of the amount paid is retained and 25% is refunded. No refunds after the program starts or for no-shows. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.
• Transfers: Submit a written request at least 5 days before the program to transfer to another date.
• Cancellations by CFMHS: If we cancel a program, you may transfer, receive a credit, or get a full refund.
• Certificates: Issued within 10 business days after full attendance and completion of the program evaluation. Records are kept for 5 years.
