Psychologist
The Psychologist provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services for individuals with mental health and behavioral concerns. The role partners with clients and the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses, needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Develop and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual and group clients.
• Create recovery-oriented treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when clients are in emotional distress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, therapists, case managers, and other team members.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, services, and progress.
• Stay current with research, clinical practices, and professional standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state psychologist license in good standing.
• Experience providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent rapport-building, communication, collaboration, and electronic documentation skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Psychologists provide care in person and may also provide telehealth services. The role may include a flexible schedule to meet client needs, including some evening or weekend availability.
