Last updated: September 30, 2026

Central Florida Mental Health Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.centralfloridamentalhealthservices.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site and our website platform automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies. This helps the Site work properly and helps us understand how it is used.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiries and referrals; register you for courses, send course details and Zoom links, verify attendance, and issue certificates; keep course records and report course completion to certifying or licensing boards when required; process payments; improve the Site; and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Health information

Website forms are meant for basic contact and referral information only, so please do not send detailed health or diagnostic information through them or by email. Once a person becomes our client, their health information is protected under HIPAA and Florida law, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided at intake.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us run the Site and our courses (such as our website platform, payment processor, email provider, and Zoom); with certifying or licensing boards and CE tracking systems, to report course completion when required; and with authorities when required by law.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from our website platform to keep the Site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and information sent through the Site is encrypted in transit (SSL). No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Course registration and attendance records are kept for as long as certifying and licensing boards require.

9. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by contacting us. Some records, such as course completion records, may need to be kept to meet legal or board requirements.

10. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from them. A parent or guardian may make a referral on behalf of a minor.
